Priyanka Chopra receives Flying Kisses from Ranveer Singh

Ranvir Singh probably thinks his gimmicks will get him noticed and help him bag roles. After his crazy antics in front of Bebo, he tried another trick in front of Piggy Chops to get noticed. This time around, he definitely got noticed and heard an earful.

Some days ago, Ranvir started jumping like a kid in front of Kareena in the Yash Raj studios, where he came across her. Kareena Kapoor seems to have handled it with a cool head and attitude. But not Piggy Chops.

Priyanka and Ranvir met each other at an event. This time around, Ranvir gave Priyanka a flying kiss. Priyanka was embarrassed and was flushed with anger, said an onlooker. She even told Ranveer, politely but sternly, that she was his senior in the industry and it was not the way Ranvir should behave with his seniors.

Hopefully, this will put a stop to Ranvir’s tirades. It seems that despite having a hit debut movie (Band Baaja Baraat with Anushka Sharma) he isn’t getting much work, which is why he is resorting to such tactics to get noticed. Or maybe he is really starry eyed.

Meanwhile, Anushka Sharma has not only dumped him, but is also eyeing Ranbir Kapoor.

Amitabh, Jaya team up after 10 years for jewellery ad, Amitabh-Jaya together on Screen Again,

Did you miss seeing Bollywood power couple Amitabh-Jaya together on screen? They have teamed up again after a decade, not for an film, but for a jewellery brand ad campaign.

"At Tanishq, the jewellery business of the Tata Group for their AV for endorsement. Jaya and I doing it together," Amitabh wrote on his blog bigb.bigadda.com.

The two will be seen together after Karan Johar's super successful family saga "Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham" in 2001 which also starred Hrithik Roshan, Shah Rukh Khan Kareena Kapoor and Kajol.

Amitabh and Jaya are latest to join the list of celebrity couples coming together for endorsement. Their son Abhishek and daughter-in-law Aishwarya teamed up for Lux soap comemrcials.

Other celebrity couple seen together are Ajay Devgn and Kajol in Whirlpool ads, Shah Rukh and Gauri Khan in D'decor and Saif Ali Khan and Kareena in Airtel ads.

Makes last minute Holi party plans as shooting gets cancelled because of Bebo's ill health

Imran Khan has Kareena Kapoor to thank for letting him have a Holi party this year.

The actor has been shooting round the clock for two films Yashraj's Mere Brother Ki Dulhan and Dharma Production's Short Term Shaadhi (STS).

However, Thursday evening his STS co-star Bebo fell unwell. Because of it the shoot had to be cancelled. Imran who had no plans initially, jumped the gun and decided to organise a Holi party for friends at his Bandra pad.

A source reveals, "Imran loves to play Holi. It's one of his favourite festivals. But due to his back to back shoots, he had given up on celebrating the festival this year.

When he got the news that his shoot for the Dharma film got cancelled due to Kareena falling ill. He checked on her health status, as the two have got extremely fond of each other during the shoot.

After that he decided to plan a last minute Holi party."

Imran immediately sent out text messages to all his close friends and asked them to come over for dinner. Says Imran, "I've been really busy off late, so when I got a day off, all I could think of was to celebrate Holi."

The surprise chutti will also give time to the actor to be with his family on a festival.

King Khan Shah Rukh Khan’s first major kill at the B.O. for the year 2011 starts with a celebration all over.

Badshah Khan’s ‘Ra.One’ the upcoming Hindi science-fiction superhero film is confirmed for a Diwali bonanza all over on 26th of October 2011. The day is Wednesday and the movie is expected to enjoy a dream run.

Directed by Anubhav Sinha, the film, which features Shah Rukh Khan, Kareena Kapoor and Arjun Rampal, is produced under SRK’s production company, Red Chillies Entertainment.

The film was scheduled to be released on 3 June 2011, but was later pushed back due to extensive post production work.

Now it will ignite the screens worldwide on 26th October 2011.

The official trailer of ‘Ra.One will be released on July 1, 2011 alongside ‘Transformers: Dark of the Moon’.

Fight between Aishwarya Rai, Kareena Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra in run for fun, fearless award

Bollywood beauties Aishwarya Rai, Kareena Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra are in the run for Cosmopolitan Magazine's fun, fearless awards, to be held in Mumbai Saturday.

The three actresses are competing in Fun, Fearless Female All Time Reader's Choice Award this year.

Other categories include - Fun, Fearless Power Couple award, for which the nominees are - Kareena Kapoor-Saif Ali Khan; Hrithik Roshan-Sussanne Khan and Arbaaz Khan-Malaika Arora Khan.

There is also a Fun, Fearless Male 2010 Reader's Choice Award, and Ranbir Kapoor, Shahid Kapoor, Salman Khan, and Arjun Rampal are competing for the title in this category.

The event, in its third edition now, takes place annually in India, Britain and the US.

"The Fun, Fearless Female Awards is a cult, one-of-its-kind event that celebrates all that's iconic of the Cosmo woman - her attitude, drive, and the never-say-never spirit," Nandini Bhalla, editor of Cosmopolitan, said in a press statement.

The organisers are expecting a star-studded turnout at the event Saturday at the Taj Land's End, Mumbai.

"The response has been tremendous - from readers, Bollywood favourites, and the industry. The Fun Fearless Awards are a pat on the back to women (and some special men) from different areas of life-acting, music, theatre, and more.

"Last year's awards saw a great turnout - Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, Katrina Kaif, and more. And this year's awards promise to be bigger, better, and more Cosmo than ever," said Mala Sekhri, chief operating officer, Lifestyle Magazines, India Today Group.

Sylvester Stallone approaches Sajid Nadiadwala to produce his Holly flick

Hollywood's action icon Sylvester Stallone's love for India seems to be continuing post his cameo in the Akshay Kumar-Kareena Kapoor starrer Kambakkht Ishq. Sly now wants to further his association with Bollywood. He is looking to tie up with an Indian filmmaker to make a Hollywood project. Given his association with Sajid Nadiadwala, the producer of his B-Town debut, he has asked him to come on board for an ambitious, big budget movie that will have some high octane action.

Apart from Stallone in the lead, some big names from Hollywood might also roped in for the project, which will be shot in the US as it is a purely Hollywood film and there is no 'Indian' connection to the script.
Nadiadwala will travel to the US shortly to seal the deal.

He confirms, "Yes, Stallone has asked me to partner him and produce a film. It is an honour for me. He is an icon and I would love to do a film with him again."

Saif likes me in a bikini: Bebo, Saif Likes Kareena in Bikini

Kareena Kapoor is undoubtedly one of the most versatile actresses of the decade gone by. But it is Bebo's sex appeal that comes up for discussion at regular intervals.

On being asked why even the most recognised actresses crave for titles like sexy and hot, Bebo in her candid style says, "I love being called sexy. But then I'm equally charged about being recognised as a good actress. In my case, I first won notices for my work and then when the size zero phase happened, people started noticing my physical attributes. To me, the important fact is that I have got recognition as an actor. Now being called pretty, sexy, hot, powerful or any such thing is also flattering."

Ms Sensuous Kapoor, however, has vowed not to wear bikinis on screen anymore. And her reasons for this decision are surprising. One would imagine it is her boyfriend Saif Ali Khan who had put a spoke in the wheel. But Bebo says, "The bikini is a highly overrated garment. For me it has lost its' novelty. I have worn it twice on screen. In Tashan (2008) and in Kambakkht Ishq (2009). However my fans preferred me in Jab We Met (2007), 3-Idiots (2009) and Golmaal-3 (2010) where I stayed steered clear of exposing. I don't have the patience to go through the whole regimen that needs to be in place for your body to look bikini-perfect. So I've decided that I will not wear a bikini on screen again."

The actress however admits that we will get to see a flash of thigh and cleavage in some of her upcoming movies. Says Kareena, "The songs of RA.1 are hot, but in Bodyguard there is no skin show. In Agent Vinod too there is more style and pizzazz than any actual exposure. In Short Term Shaadi I'm playing a bohemian character."

Oh, and what are Saif's views on her decision not to wear bikini again? Does he also share her fans' view point? Flashing a naughty smile, her brown-eyes twinkling with laughter, Bebo says, "Saif likes me in a bikini. He has no issues with it. Saif actually prefers me glamourous. He liked me in Kambakkht Ishq; he thought I was very hot in it. He says that it is his personal choice but he doesn't necessarily want me to abide by it. Saif likes it when I use a bit of make-up and dress fashionably rather than when I step out looking like a plain-Jane."

Bebo can't part with Saif's private number

Saif Ali Khan has put one of his cellphones into a drawer and thrown the key away. That's right! The Junior Nawab of Pataudi usually gets grouchy and out of reach when he is shooting a film.

The actor, as everyone knows is on a start-to-finish schedule of Aarakshan in Bhopal. And, he doesn't wish to be disturbed. Of course, he still has another cellphone number on which he stays connected with his girlfriend Kareena Kapoor, his children-Sarah and Ibrahim and his parents.

Now Bebo is in a dilemma because people who cannot reach Saif are constantly calling her. They want her to part with Saif's private number. The actress knows she can hardly say that she doesn't have Saif's number. Yet at the same time she has been asked by Saif not to give his number away! What will she do?
