Anti-Nowhere League makes for a good Battle Royale soundtrack, doesn't it?

By choosing Streets Of London and So What? for their debut December 1981 single, Tunbridge Wells’ Anti-Nowhere League pretty well summed-up their “career” plan on one slab of vinyl: gleeful irreverence on the A-side and downright filth on the B-side, both shot through with crude humour and served up with lashings of metal-tinged punk.The record’s seizure by the Obscene Publications Squad sealed their reputation, and both it and follow-up single I Hate... People made the lower reaches of the Top 50. Anti- Nowhere League’s biggest success, however, came in May 1982, with their first album We Are... The League. The 12 tracks continued the band’s assault on the nation’s sensibilities in fine style, though Woman is a slightly incongruous, almost tender “ballad”, until it naturally descends into swearing and abuse once the subject is married...
